Amines a cikin Samar da Polyurethane da Matsayin Masu Inganta Dabba

 

Polyurethane wani nau'in polymer ne mai amfani da yawa wanda ake amfani da shi a aikace-aikace daban-daban, tun daga kumfa da shafi zuwa elastomers da manne. Samar da polyurethane ya ƙunshi haɗakar sinadarai mai rikitarwa tsakanin polyols da isocyanates, kuma masu haɓaka sinadarai suna taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen tafiyar da wannan amsawar yadda ya kamata. Amines a cikin Samar da Polyurethane

 

Amines mahaɗan halitta ne da aka samo daga ammonia kuma ana siffanta su da kasancewar ƙungiyoyin alkyl ko aryl ɗaya ko fiye da aka haɗa da atom na nitrogen. Dangane da samar da polyurethane, ana amfani da masu haɓaka amine don sauƙaƙe amsawar urethane (polyol da isocyanate) da urea (ruwa da isocyanate). Waɗannan masu haɓaka za a iya rarraba su sosai zuwa manyan amines da polyols na tushen amine.

 

1. Amines na Ƙarshe: Waɗannan su ne sinadaran amine da aka fi amfani da su a cikin tsarin polyurethane. Misalan sun haɗa da triethylenediamine (TEDA), dimethylcyclohexylamine (DMCHA), da bis(dimethylaminoethyl) ether (BDMAEE). Waɗannan mahaɗan suna haɓaka yawan amsawa, suna inganta samuwar kumfa, kuma suna tasiri ga tsarin tantanin halitta na kumfa polyurethane.

 

2. Polyols da aka gina da Amine: Waɗannan polyols ne masu aiki da amine waɗanda ke aiki a matsayin polyol da kuma mai kara kuzari. Suna da amfani musamman wajen ƙirƙirar tsarin kumfa mai sassauƙa inda ake buƙatar ƙarin amsawa.

DABCO, ko 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane, sanannen mai kara kuzari ne na thier amine a masana'antar polyurethane. Yana da tasiri sosai wajen haɓaka halayen gelling (samfurin urethane) da kuma iska (samfurin carbon dioxide). Tsarin DABCO na musamman yana ba shi damar haɓaka daidaiton amsawa, yana tabbatar da kyawawan halayen kumfa kamar yawa, girman tantanin halitta, da ƙarfin injina.

1. POLYCAT 15: Wannan wani abu ne mai matuƙar inganci wanda aka ƙera ta hanyar amine wanda aka ƙera don amfani da shi a aikace-aikacen kumfa polyurethane. 2. DABCO T: Wannan mai kara kuzari wani nau'in DABCO ne, wanda aka tsara musamman don takamaiman aikace-aikacen polyurethane. An san DABCO T saboda ƙarfin aikin mai kara kuzari da kuma ikonsa na samar da aiki mai dorewa da aminci a cikin nau'ikan kumfa daban-daban. Ana amfani da shi sosai a cikin tsarin kumfa mai sassauƙa da tauri, yana ba da ingantaccen iko akan halayen kumfa na zahiri.

Amines, musamman amino acid na uku kamar DABCO, suna taka muhimmiyar rawa a cikin tsarin samar da polyurethane. Masu kara kuzari kamar POLYCAT 15 da DABCO T suna da mahimmanci don cimma ƙimar amsawa da ake so da kuma halayen kumfa, tabbatar da samfuran polyurethane masu inganci. Ta hanyar fahimtar da amfani da waɗannan abubuwan kara kuzari yadda ya kamata, masana'antun za su iya inganta hanyoyin samar da su da kuma haɓaka aikin aikace-aikacen polyurethane ɗinsu.
